CONTEST RULES
1. Eligibility: No purchase necessary. Contests are open to residents of BC, except where only residents of the Sunshine Coast, BC are specified. Excluded are volunteers and directors of C-VUE FM, employees of any "Contest Sponsor(s)"), employees, directors and officers of their respective advertising and promotional agencies, as well as family members of any of the foregoing.
2. Number of entries permitted - Only one entry per person per household, per contest is permitted. Multiple entries will be discarded.
3. How often can a contestant win? A contestant may only win once every two months (monthly conterst). Contests with expiry dates are finished as of the date specified.
4. All prizes must be accepted as awarded - no substitution - and have no cash value. All material submitted becomes the sole property of C-VUE FM and will not be returned. You must be 19 to enter any contest.
5. Unavailability of stated Contest Prize(s): C-VUE FM reserves the right to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of an advertised prize for any reason whatsoever.
6. Notification: C-VUE FM will notify selected entrants by e-mail . If no response to e-mail within 2 days, winner will be notified by telephone.
a)If the selected entrant cannot be reached within 5 business days, another entrant will be drawn.
b)If the selected entrant does not correctly answer the skill-testing question (if required for individual contests) or does not accept the prize as awarded, another entrant will be drawn.
c)If contesting is administered all or in part over the telephone, internet or fax C-VUE FM and its sponsors are not responsible for any interruption in service, miscommunications, misdirected calls or transmissions or technical failure of any kind.
d)Entrants eligible to receive a prize will be required to sign a declaration confirming understanding and acceptance and compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of a prize and a release satisfactory to C-VUE FM and participating sponsor(s) before being declared a winner.
7. Chances of winning: Chances of winning depend on the total number of Contest participants.
8. No representations or Warranties: C-VUE FM does not make any representation or offer any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of the Prize. The winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from C-VUE FM if the prize is in any way unsatisfactory to the winner.
9. Discontinue Contest or Change Rules: C-VUE FM reserves the right to discontinue the contest or alter the rules at any time.
10. Advertising, Promotion of winner(s): By entering, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, voice and likeness in any advertising or promotion without compensation. Winners will posted on the Website civu.net.
